client consultation
First, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss your vision, your style, your budget, and your timeline. If you don’t know where to begin, we’ll help you find a starting place. Together, we’ll determine the specifications of your diamond, the best setting for your stone, and the unique touches that’ll make it yours. We’ll end the consultation with a collection of ideas that will move us toward choosing the elements of your piece.
stone & design curation
Now that we have an idea of what you’re looking for, we will curate an inspiration gallery of options that fit your unique needs. You’ll choose your stone and setting designs, and then we’ll begin customizing it. During this step, we’ll determine exactly what your completed piece will entail, whittling away what doesn’t work and intuiting solutions and preferences to create a one-of-a-kind design.
production
shipping & delivery
We deliver via FedEx insured overnight delivery or armored car. To ensure the safety of your package, we suggest shipping to a commercial address and requiring a signature upon receipt. The shipping method you choose depends on the value of your item, your location, and your preference. We’re happy to work with you on delivery, our ultimate goal being connecting you and your custom piece safely.

production
Once you’ve chosen your design, we’ll begin the production process. Here, you have two options: CAD + Cast or Hand Fabrication. We’ll choose the appropriate means of production based on your needs and your budget. We’re happy to take either avenue and guarantee the quality of craftsmanship, regardless of the option you choose. We’ll also determine which surprise stones you’d like to set on the inside of the band.
